Grilled Mushrooms Fast & Hot

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- ¾ pound fresh mushrooms
- Butter
- Salt
- White pepper
Instructions
- Wash mushrooms and remove stems
- Drain well and carefully pat dry with a towel.
- Turn the mushroom upside-down (gill-side up) and put a small amount of butter on the gills, add a dash of salt and pepper.
- Cook, gill-side up, 10-15 minutes.
- Just before removing from grill, turn mushroom cap-side up and brush on a small amount of butter.
