Grilled Mushrooms Fast & Hot

Ingredients
  • ¾ pound fresh mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • White pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash mushrooms and remove stems
  2. Drain well and carefully pat dry with a towel.
  3. Turn the mushroom upside-down (gill-side up) and put a small amount of butter on the gills, add a dash of salt and pepper.
  4. Cook, gill-side up, 10-15 minutes.
  5. Just before removing from grill, turn mushroom cap-side up and brush on a small amount of butter.
