Many openly share their love of “cooking on a Lang” but keep their award-winning recipes a secret.<\/p>\n

Thanks to BBQ chefs that were willing to share, we have been able to develop his smoker cooker recipe BLOG<\/strong>, a Lang Cooking App<\/a><\/strong> with some basic time, temperatures and wood, and our Q-School<\/strong><\/a> with smoker cooking classes by award-winning chefs!<\/p>\n

She had recipes on All Recipes and the Greensboro Cooking Examiner to name a few and has been featured in Cooking Light. She is the founder and Mom Chef of Taking On Magazines<\/a>. The Lang BBQ Cooking team is happy to have her on board sharing recipes low & slow, fast & hot, and on the grill.<\/p>\n

Mitch Moody was the Pitmaster at Anderson’s Bakery, Catering, and BBQ in Kathleen, Georgia. Mitch had been posting photos of his food on Facebook and it caught our eye. We asked if he’d be interested in sharing some recipes … and now he’s officially one of our recipe blog contributors. Mitch passed away and we miss him to this day still. He was amazing on a Lang!
