Venison Beef Pork Marinade

- 1 cup of Dry red wine
- 1 cup of Soy sauce
- ½ cup of Olive oil
- 1 teaspoons Ginger
- 3-4 cloves Minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper
- Marinade your meat overnight, I promise you that it will produce the most tender meat you ever had.
- INJECTION ALTERNATIVE: You will need to use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic cloves. I think that you will be pleased with it.
